We also sell Janome, Elna and Baby Lock sewing machines and overlockers as well as machine supplies and accessories. Need a new machine or overlocker or want an upgrade? Fabric

 

We stock a wide variety of fabrics in all the colours of the rainbow with more choices being added to the store frequently. We have 100% cotton fabric suitable for patchwork, quilting, bag making and clothing. Backings, homespun, quilters muslin, Kaffe Fassett, Riley Blake, Tula Pink and a large range of Batiks, just to name a few. 

Wool

 

We stock mostly 100% pure New Zealand wool with some merino, alpaca blends. We have a great selection of patterns and needles.

We currently stock Loyal, Naturally, Windsor and Broadway Brands and are happy to order in supplies for your projects if we can source them for you. Have a larger project on the go? We will hold wool for up to six weeks at a time so you can buy as you need and be assured you will have enough to complete your project.

Haberdashery and Threads

 

Counting Stitches is the only stockist of DMC tapestry wool in the Hawkes Bay and we also have a full range of DMC embroidery threads. We have a large range buttons, both in packs and single button options, as well as needles, thread, machine supplies, trims and more. We are also the only stockists of Diamond Dots (diamond facet art kits) in Hastings.
